FAQ it all
Straight answers for people who hate reading the fine print.
There are multiple revision rounds throughout the project. We handle video reviews through Vimeo Review (similar to Frame.io). This allows you to efficiently collect feedback from your time and allows us to address your time-annotated comments in a transparent and timely manner.
If it is a mistake done by us (typo, color, unaddressed feedback, glitch), we will always make the desired changes. No questions asked. If you have received last minute feedback from management about a scene change although the revision rounds were complete, we do need to bill it by the hour.
Yes, we don’t live under a rock. But we don't use it to generate video, images, audio or keyframes. We don't want to skip the human curation and control. We take our craft seriously and have full control and understanding of the work we put out. We mostly use AI for coding and other utilities.
You know it depends. Just write to us about your needs (length, formats, campaign, style, brand assets) and we are glad to provide you with a ballpark range. We usually answer within a day.
After approval, we send you a detailed roadmap with meeting invitations and milestones. You'll be able to track progress from start to finish in our project page. After the onboarding is done, we get to work and collect the first ideas for your project.
We usually estimate 4-6 weeks for an explainer or product video. Why? Because a) Good work takes time; b) Revision rounds require feedback from multiple people, with differing schedules. c) we don't want to skip important steps like moodboard, styleframes or a storyboard - trust us, you will thank us later. If you are on a short deadline, do let us now and we can make it work in a week.
It is a good start, but we need a moodboard, styleframes and a storyboard to get started. Without these, it is hard to tell if we share the same vision for the video.
The short answer is yes - the project timeline moves by at least the delay for your feedback. In our usual timeline, we do plan with 2-3 working days buffer time for each revision.
Yes. We’re glad you asked. We are a registered limited liability company (GmbH) and take privacy very seriously. Depending on the project, we might have asked you first.
In some cases yes. If you anticipate changes needing to be made to the files in the future, we can accommodate for that.
Our tech stack includes Adobe CC, Figma, Blender, Rive among others.
Nope. We can tell when a voice is real and want to support the craft. If you want to get a video without a voiceover to add your own voiceover that is fine by us.
Your videos and other assets come with standard licenses for all the media used (motion, footage, music, voice). If you are concerned that your project is not a case of standard licenses (e.g. in-app, OOH, Broadcast or TV use), just talk to us about it.
Yes. We speak English, German, and French among other languages. Texts, voices, messaging can all be translated - not just with AI. We understand the languages and the markets. Just talk to us if you need other languages.
