Step 1 - STRATEGY & EXPLORATION
Before proposing a video strategy, we do some market research and competitor analysis to understand the market you are operating in. We audit what your company has done so far and prepare a roadmap proposal for you. During an interactive 2 hour brainstorming session, we discuss things like distribution channels, personas or aspirational brands. This sets the groundwork for the next steps.

STEP 2 - CONCEPT & STORY
We take the input you've provided us with and craft it into a creative and compelling storyline. We copywrite the text that goes with it and provide you with a clear visual proposition of the storyline, the storyboard. The storyboard includes scene descriptions, drawings and captions that illustrate the storyline.

STEP 3 - IDEATION & DESIGN
After you've amended and validated the storyboard, things get visual. We'll present you a moodboard based on your current brand and brands you aspire to. At this point we also talk possible voices, soundtracks and animation styles. To validate the graphical style, we let you choose 3 scenes that we illustrate in the final style of the video (styleframes).

STEP 4 - ANIMATION
After you've adjusted and approved our story and design proposal, we convert the vision we have into a real video. Through multiple scheduled correction rounds you'll get a chance to suggest adjustments to a text, animation sequence or any other part of the video. That way, our creative aspiration as motion designers remains bridled by your business needs.
